An ATM(Automated Teller Machine) booth and an operating method thereof are provided to prevent inflow of foreign materials by closing an opening part selectively. An ATM booth includes a booth body(200) and a booth door(300). The booth body includes an opening part and an internal reception space. An ATM is stored in the internal reception space of the booth body. The booth door is installed at the opening part of the booth body in order to open or close the opening part of the booth body. The booth body includes an escape space. The escape space is formed at a side of the booth body. The booth door slides to the escape space of the booth body along a lateral surface of the booth body. |
