Provided are a wearable diet apparatus and a wearable diet system using the same. The wearable diet apparatus comprises: one or a pair of detection units detecting a masticatory muscle signal caused by mastication by being in contact with a setting area around both or one masticatory muscle of a users face; a supporting unit having one or a pair of detection units installed at an end part thereof, placed on both ears of a user, formed to be placed on a body portion including the head, face, or neck of a user for support so that the detection unit is positioned at a setting area; a treating unit installed in the supporting unit and generating information on the amount of meal consumed by a user based on the number of mastication of a user, which is received from the detection unit; and an output unit outputting data so that a user recognizes the information on the amount of meal generated from the treating unit. Therefore, the wearable diet apparatus and the wearable diet system using the same can efficiently induce diet by allowing a user to control the amount of meal consumed based on the information on the amount of meal related to the mastication habits of a user. |
