A ground plate for an electric pole is provided to facilitate installation of a ground of a lead wire by forming a ground well box which covers a lower part of an electric pole, and connecting the ground well box with the lead wire. A ground plate for an electric pole includes a ground ring body(10), a conducting ring body, a ground well box(30), and a conducting ground bar. The ground ring body is formed to have a ring shape of a synthetic resin of which left and right sides are coupled by a bolt and a nut. A ring groove penetrated to an insertion hole of a connection tube and a penetration hole of a coupling tube is formed on an inner circumference of the ground ring body. The conducting ring body is formed to have a metallic ring body which is inserted into the ring groove of the ground ring body. A conducting circular plate located on an upper part of the insertion hole of the connection tube is formed on an outer circumference. The ground well box is buried with a cylindrical shape manufactured by mixing a mortar having a mixed conductive cementer and carbon fiber. A horizontal bar having a fixed hole fixed by a nut is formed on an end of the conducting ground bar. An anchor bolt of the ground well box is inserted into the fixed hole. The conducting ground bar is vertically expanded along an outer circumference of an electric pole and covers an insulated coating layer. The conducting ground bar is contacted with a conducting circular plate of the conducting ring body. |
