<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold for culturing a skeletal muscle arranged with myofibril, a device for the same and a method for forming the skeletal muscle. <P>SOLUTION: This scaffold for sowing the myoblast of the skeletal muscle and culturing is characterized by having elasticity. The culturing is performed by sowing the myoblast of the skeletal muscle on the scaffold having elasticity, and giving any one of or both of mechanical stimulation for elongating and contracting in a fixed direction, and an electrical stimulation of repeatedly impressing an electric voltage in a fixed direction in culturing solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
