PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of suppressing smoke generation in a cooking chamber, and performing efficient heating while securing a height in the cooking chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a cooking chamber provided with a suction port and a supply port disposed at a lower side with respect to the suction port, and opened at its front face side, a cooking chamber door openably and closably covering the opening at the front face side of the cooking chamber, a pair of door opening/closing means respectively disposed on a pair of side walls opposed to each other, of the cooking chamber and sliding the cooking chamber door, upper heating means for heating the inside of the cooking chamber from an upper part, a cooking pan disposed in the cooking chamber for placing a heated object, blowing means for sucking the air in the cooking chamber from the suction port and blowing off the sucked air into the cooking chamber from the supply port, circulated air heating means for heating the air sucked from the suction port by the blowing means, and control means for controlling operations of the upper heating means, the blowing means and the circulated air heating means. A width dimension of the cooking pan is smaller than a dimension between the pair of side walls opposed to each other of the cooking chamber, and larger than a dimension between the pair of door opening and closing means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
