PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support material and a garment that are for breasts and can secure excellent shape retention.SOLUTION: A support material for a breast garment integrally comprises: a curved belt-like base portion formed from materials including a resin material into a sheet shape having a plurality of pores; and a protrusion portion protruding toward the head of a wearer from an end of the base portion on the side of the center of the breasts of the wearer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
