Provided are an OLED device encapsulation structure and an encapsulation method thereof; the OLED device encapsulation structure comprises a substrate (1), an OLED device (2) disposed on said substrate (1), a first barrier layer (3) formed on said OLED device (2), a buffer layer (4) formed on said first barrier layer (3), and a second barrier layer (5) formed on said buffer layer (4); said buffer layer (4) is doped with water-absorbing material particles (41); in the encapsulation structure and encapsulation method, by means of the buffer layer being doped with water-absorbing material particles, the moisture-prevention capability is enhanced, thus the lifespan of the OLED device is effectively extended and the encapsulation method is simple to perform and has good operability. |
