PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor having high precision and responsiveness and high flatness when being pressingly applied to a heating roller and detecting a temperature.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor comprises a pair of lead frames 2A and 2B, a sensor unit 3 connected to the lead frames, and an insulated holding part 4 for holding the lead frames. The sensor unit includes: an insulation film 6; a thin-film thermistor 7 formed on the top face of the insulation film; a pair of comb-like electrodes 8 having a plurality of comb parts and formed on the thin-film thermistor; and a pair of pattern electrodes 9, one ends of which are connected to the pair of comb-like electrodes and the other ends of which are connected to the pair of lead frames, and that are formed on the top face of the insulation film. The lead frames are disposed on both side parts of the insulation film and include recesses 2a in which both side parts of the insulation film are fitted respectively, on undersides, and the underside of the insulation film fitted in the recesses and the underside of the lead frames are flush with each other. |
