PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodiesel fuel extraction device and an extraction method capable of continuously and efficiently extracting biodiesel fuel in one step using microalgae as raw material by inexpensive equipment.SOLUTION: Provided is a biodiesel fuel extraction device including : a container; a microwave irradiation device; a circulation flow passage; and a pump. The container stores a raw material liquid obtained by dispersing microalgae into an organic solvent. The microwave irradiation device applies microwaves capable of heating the object at the inside. The circulation flow passage communicates the raw material liquid at the inside of the container in both, and is inserted into the microwave irradiation device so as to irradiate the same. The circulation flow passage is spirally formed at a position in which the microwaves can be irradiated. The pump circulates the raw material liquid at the inside of the container through the circulation flow passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
