<p>The invention in question relates to a machine for coating both the surfaces and one edge of a chipboard panel for furniture in general with a single sheet of laminate, and therefore without joints. The sheet of laminate is placed on a supporting teflon or similar belt in a press equipped with a hinged heating and shaping head while the chipboard panel which has been coated with glue and picked up by suitable clamps is carried in a vertical position and then introduced into the press, bringing about folding of the sheet of laminate which has first been heated in the folding zone. The laminate which surrounds the panel covering both the surfaces and one edge is then bonded. <IMAGE></p> |
