PURPOSE:To equalize a pushing pressure for the bobbin of a pushing roll to get a good winding quality in the taking-up of a web. CONSTITUTION:A web 20 is taken up around a bobbin 5. The surface of the web 20 wound around the bobbin 5 is push-pressed by a pushing roll 8 across its entire width. A backup roll 9 is arranged so as to be contacted with the entire surface of the pushing roll 8. The surface of the pushing roll 8 is pressurized partially by a divided roll 1 so that a part of surface of the web 20 can be push-pressed. |
