PURPOSE:To excellently coat a sealing compound without generating damage to an orientated film or shortage of the sealing compound by allowing high pressure to act on the liquid surface of the sealing compound, rollingly inserting a perfectly spherical ball into an aperture and supporting the same in a coating nozzle for the sealing compound. CONSTITUTION:A coating equipment for a sealing compound is equipped with a coating nozzle 21 wherein high pressure is allowed to act on the liquid surface of the sealing compound 24 and a spherical ball 23 is rollingly inserted into an aperture and supported. In such a constitution, the ball 23 is brought into contact with an orientated film during coating of the sealing compound 24. However coating of the sealing compound 24 is performed in the contact part and also the orientated film is not damaged because the ball 23 is rolled. Further density of the sealing compound 24 in the vicinity of the ball 23 is made lower in the inside opposite to the coating direction of the sealing compound 24 in comparison therewith by rotation of the ball 23 during coating. Bubbles in the sealing compound 24 pressurized at high pressure escape to the part low in density and are discharged to the outside. The bubbles are not mixed into the sealing compound 24 to be coated. |
