MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATE BOARD

PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminate board wherein voids are scarecely generated by improving the constitution of a cushion material. CONSTITUTION:The cushion material is composed of a heat insulation material 3 laid in the central portion and a layer of a rubber sheet (silicone rubber) mixed with glass woven cloth and a layer of copper foil 4 disposed at both sides thereof in this order, each interlayer being integrated with prepreg 5 (glass woven fabric base material epoxy resin). Herein, predetermined sheets of a glass woven fabric base epoxy resin prepreg and glass non-woven fabric base epoxy resin prepreg are put each other to be held by a stainless mirror plate. Twelve sets of this composition are placed between heat press plates to be subjected to a heat press forming process for two hours with a pressure of 80kgf/cm<2> at a temperature of 170 deg.C by interposing a cushion material between the outermost mirror plate and the heat press plate, thereby manufacturing a composite laminate board.
