<p>Polypeptide (A) that reacts specifically with antibody (Ab) against the C33 antigen of hepatitis C virus (HCV) has at least 5 amino acids (aa) and comprises all or part of the sequence (I), or of a sequence derived from (I): Asp-Gly-Ala-Lys-Phe-Ser-Ser-Arg-Leu-Gly-Ala-Ala-Gly-Ala (I). Also new are: (1) a polynucleotide encoding (A); (2) expression cassette including the polynucleotide encoding (A); (3) vector contg. this cassette and (4) eukaryotic or prokaryotic cells contg. the cassette or vector.</p> |
