摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a latent image having high electrostatic charges and to stably maintain the latent image by forming an outer layer of a fluorocarbon resin, forming an inner layer of a semiconducting polyimide and specifying the electrostatic capacity and conductivity of the outer layer and conductivity of the inner layer. SOLUTION: This seamless belt essentially consists of two layers of an outer layer of a fluorocarbon resin and an inner layer of a semiconducting polyimide. The outer layer has 80 to 800pF/cm<2> electrostatic capacity and <=μS/cm<2> conductivity and the inner layer has 10<2> to 10<5>μS/cm<2> conductivity. The fluorocarbon resin is preferably a copolymer or tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkylvinyl ether and/or a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. The semiconducting polyimide is preferably a thermoplastic or thermosetting polyimide containing conductive carbon black.
