PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform less invasive treatment without excessively degenerating tissue by providing a control means to control high frequency power of a high frequency power supply on the basis of tissue information from a tissue information detecting means that detects tissue information when matching high frequency power is supplied as a load. SOLUTION: The control section 18 recognizes the then state of matching on the basis of information of a match detection section 15. The control section 18 sends control information to a matching circuit 16 on the basis of the state of matching it recognized, and controls the matching circuit 16 so that a phase difference and impedance difference of voltage and current in the match detection section 15 may cease to exist, securing a match between load and the high frequency power supply section 14. High frequency power output from the matching circuit 16 is supplied to a load in the load detection section 17. The load detection section 17 has the function of detecting tissue information, detects load information including the load voltage, load current, and load impedance of the high frequency output supplied to the load, and sends to the control section 18, and the control section 18 controls high frequency output of the high frequency power supply section 14. |
