PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated floor structure using a base isolating device for preventing the fly of metal rust or particulates from a lubricant such as grease, causing no pollution in a space of a clean room. SOLUTION: The base-isolated floor structure comprises a foundation 1 as a lower structure, a base-isolated floor panel 12 located at the upper part of the foundation 1, and the base isolating device consisting of a base-isolation supporting device 20 arranged between the foundation 1 and the base-isolated floor panel 12, a damper 30, a restoring device 45 and an oil damper 50. The base isolating device 30 has a relative displacement portion to a base plate 31 fixed to at least the foundation 1, closed with a soft cover 42, the base isolating device 20 has at least a relative displacement portion covered with a cover 24, and the cover 24 has an exhaust duct 28 for exhausting air in an inner space to the outside.
