PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-point pen tap 10 from which the amount of efflux of ink is stabilized and by which touch of writing is improved by improving the accuracy of dimension of the inner diameter of a ball storing part 23 and preventing fine wrinkles on the inner peripheral faces of inward projected parts 22 from being generated. SOLUTION: The ball-point pen tip 10 is provided with a pipe 20 made of a metal and a ball 30. The pipe 20 has a caulked part 21 on the end part of one side and a plurality of inward projected parts 22 at positions with a specified distance from the caulked part 21 and a ball storing part 23 is provided between the caulked part 21 and each of the inward projected parts 22. The ball 30 is stored in the ball storing part 23 and is freely rotatably held on the one side of the pipe 20 by being supported by the caulked part 21 and each of the inward projected parts 22. A drawn part 29 is provided by applying draw processing on the outer peripheral face of the pipe 20 from the caulked part 21 to the inward projected part 22 in advance and the inner peripheral face of this drawn part 29 is dredged by cutting. |
