PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centering machine suitable for automation by receiving a work from a work supporting table by a clamping device to clamp the work, and returning the completed work to the work supporting table. SOLUTION: In the centering machine, a spindle 12 is rotatably provided on a spindle head 10 supported by a frame 1, a milling cutter 16 is provided on an outer end part in the axial direction of the spindle, and a center drill 28 is provided at an axial center part of the milling cutter. A motor 20 to rotate the milling cutter and the center drill via the spindle and a head moving device 5 to move the spindle head in the axial direction are provided, and a clamping device 55 to position a work W parallel to the spindle and hold the work outwardly in the axial direction of the spindle is provided. A work supporting table 75 to position and support the work parallel to the spindle is provided on a part outside the axial direction of the spindle and separate from the spindle in the orthogonal direction, and a clamping device 46 to move the clamping device to a part of the spindle and a part of the work supporting table is provided.
