PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional net put-up apparatus wherein adjustment work (particularly a fine adjustment made after the installation of a winch wire) has to be performed on the ceiling side and the adjustment work itself is complicated and moreover maintenance work is also complicated. SOLUTION: A put-up body such as a net is put up by moving lifting wires while adjusting length corresponding to a distance in a height direction between the mounted position of the optional lifting wire out of the lifting wires to a winch wire, and a zenith part or the mounted position of the lifting wire used as a reference and closest to the zenith part, to the winch wire, through an adjusting means provided at the put-up body or/and on the other end side of the lifting wire.
