PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make sure to remove any dirty matter adhered to a used toothbrush, achieving sufficient sterilization. SOLUTION: This toothbrush cleaning tool is provided with a hollow container 2 with an opening 2b on top and a number of cleaning projections 3 inwardly projecting from the inner wall 2a of the container 2. The container 2 capable of holding a detergent 7 and allowed to be made of, for example, glass, plastic, metal, ceramics, or the like.
