PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device with trimming circuits, having simple wiring of fuses for trimming and hardly undergoing characteristics deterioration and an influence of noise, and to provide a trimming method therefor and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The trimming methods by a first trimming circuit 11 and a second trimming circuit 12 of a reference voltage generating circuit 2 are determined, respective signal levels of test signals TEST1 and TEST2 are so set that the determined trimming state is realized, these test signals are input to the first trimming circuit 11 and the second trimming circuit 12, respectively, the output voltage Vo is measured, the trimming contents for fuses F10 and F11 of an output voltage detecting circuit 3 are determined, based on the measured output voltage Vo, and fuses F1 to F4 of the reference voltage generating circuit 2 are cut selectively, and at the same time, the fuses F10 and F11 of the output voltage detecting circuit 3 are selectively cut based on the determined contents.
