Provided is an apparatus for preparing sprouted unpolished rice to allow a series of process from the sprouting of unpolished rice to the drying and the packaging to be performed automatically and efficiently. The apparatus comprises a series of unpolished rice sprouting device(10) which is provided with warm water and washing water supply and drainage units to wash unpolished rice to sprout it; a bucket transfer device(20) which injecting the sprouted unpolished rice into a drying device uniformly and receiving and discharging the dried sprouted unpolished rice; a drying device which is provided with a warmed conveyer installed in zig-zag up and down to dry the sprouted unpolished rice; and a conveyer transfer device(40) which injects the sprouted unpolished rice discharged from the terminal conveyer to a packaging room.
