A method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic condenser is provided to realize a high capacity of condenser device by using a wire as a conductive member to reduce a volume of the conductive member. A method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic condenser includes the steps of: forming a plurality of pellets by inserting a positive electrode wire into a metal powder structure and baking; soldering the positive electrode wire formed at each of the plurality of pellets on a first conductive plate(S51); arranging a conductive member between the plurality of pellets and the first conductive plate to adhere the conductive member and the positive electrode wire(S52); coating and hardening an insulating material between the conductive member and the pellet(S53); forming a dielectric layer and a negative electrode layer on a surface of the plurality of pellets(S54); adhering the conductive member and the negative electrode layer of the pallet to a positive electrode lead and a negative electrode lead respectively(S55); and forming a package by molding a device having the positive electrode lead and the negative electrode lead with the insulating material(S56). |
