PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supply device capable of uniformly and stably supplying a lubricant onto an image carrier with a relatively simple configuration even with time without breaking an image carrier nor a solid lubricant, and to provide a cleaning device, a processing cartidge and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The lubricant supply device has a brush-shaped rotary member 25b which peripherally has brush fur 25b1 rubbed against an image carrier and the solid lubricant which comes into contact with the brush fur 25b1 of the brush-shaped rotary member 25b. The brush fur 25b1 is formed such that rows of implantation arrays along the axis of rotation of the brush-shaped rotary member 25b1 shift in alternate columns of implantation arrays in a peripheral direction of the brush-shaped rotary member 25b1.
