PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel having excellent display quality by reducing alignment unevenness produced in a sealing step. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the liquid crystal panel 42 wherein a liquid crystal 32 is sealed between a driving substrate 12 having a pixel electrode Px and a counter substrate 28 having a transparent electrode 24 includes steps of: forming a sealing adhesive 20 along the periphery of a display region of the driving substrate; forming a junction 30 formed by laminating the driving substrate to the counter substrate by using the sealing adhesive; packing the liquid crystal; heating the junction up to phase transition temperature or more; cooling the junction down to a temperature lower than the phase transition temperature, then pressurizing the junction at a prescribed pressure and applying a sealing material 36 on a liquid crystal injection port at a pressurized state of the junction; releasing the pressurized state; and curing the sealing material to seal the liquid crystal.
