PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a photographing operation. SOLUTION: The photographing device includes: a first orbit 12 extended from an initial position to a release operation position; a plurality of second orbits 13 and 14 provided to successively cross the first orbit 12; a moving part 20 for moving along the first and the second orbits 12 to 14; a setting part 40 setting a plurality of photographing operations performed in a time-series manner to the second orbits 13 and 14 in time-series order; and a decision part 50 for deciding the photographing operation in accordance with the position of the moving part 20 on the plurality of the second orbits.
