PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level gauge performing simplified liquid level measurement in which a staff gauge is installed on a liquid surface of the liquid to be measured and the liquid level is quickly and precisely recognized from divisions of the staff gauge. SOLUTION: The liquid level gauge includes: a float floating on the liquid surface of the liquid to be measured; a wire whose one end is secured to the float; a wire support member installed above the float and around which the wire is suspended; a weight attached to a part of the wire at a side reverse to the float with respect to the wire support member; an indication part attached to the wire; and liquid level scale installed in the vicinity of the indication part and provided with divisions indicated by the indication part.
