<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy brazing sheet for heat exchangers which has high strength after brazing, high corrosion resistance and excellent brazeability. <P>SOLUTION: This aluminum alloy brazing sheet 1a for heat exchangers includes: a core material 2; a sacrificial material 3 formed on one side of the core material 2; and a brazing filler metal 4 composed of Al-Si alloy which is formed on the other side of the core material 2. The sacrificial material 3 has a composition containing, by mass, 0.03 to 0.30% Fe, 0.01 to 0.40% Mn, 0.4 to 1.4% Si, 2.0 to 5.5% Zn,≤0.05% Mg and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. Further, grain size after heat treatment at 600°C for 5 min at brazing is 100 to 400μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
