PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element of which a manufacturing process is simple and in which color shifts due to the fluctuations in film thickness can be prevented, and which has high efficiency. SOLUTION: This organic EL element includes a plurality of independent light-emitting parts that constitute sub pixels of a first to a third emission colors. The light-emitting part for constituting the sub pixels of the first to the second emission colors further includes a semitransparent reflecting layer between a transparent substrate and a transparent electrode, and the semitransparent reflecting layer is constituted to act as an optical resonator between the reflection electrode, with respect to the light of the emitted color, and the light-emitting part to constitute the sub pixels of the third emission color further includes a color conversion layer between the transparent substrate and the transparent electrode.
