PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode material capable of stably discharging even in a high-humidity atmosphere by preventing contact to moisture in the atmosphere, and of inexpensively generating high-concentration ozone and negative ions (anions) at low output (low voltage). SOLUTION: This electrode material comprises a mesh-shaped member formed of a conductive linear material, and is characterized in that the conductive linear material has a linear central part formed of titanium, and a circumferential part formed of titanium oxide covering at least a part of the circumference of the linear central part.
