Exercise equipment for training of the lower body and sit-up is provided to enable a user to take an exercise in a more stable state without straining the ankles and fixing the equipment to the ground, and to obtain various exercise effects according to effective weight adjustment. Exercise equipment for training of the lower body and sit-up includes: a body(1) having two groove parts(11) with a shape corresponding to the front of both ankles; two sole fixing units(2) for fixing the soles of the feet when the ankles are positioned on the groove parts; a left fixing band(3a) of which one end is fixed to the left side of the body and extended at a regular length; and a right fixing band(3b) of which one end is fixed to the right side of the body and extended at a regular length. The left and right fixing bands are mutually connected through a fastener(15) to be adjustable in length, and fix the body to the both ankles.
