A manual transmission having an interlock unit integrated with a detent unit is provided to improve a speed shifting feeling by adding a disk spring between a control finger and a detent assembly. A control shaft(3) is connected to a transmission lever and is driven in a translational or rotational movement. A control finger(5) is inserted into and integrated with the control shaft. Plural shift rails(7-1,7-2,7-3) are formed at respective speeds. Plural shifting lugs(9-1,9-2,9-3) are selectively teeth-coupled with the control finger and coupled with the shift rail. Shift forks(11-1,11-2,11-3) are inserted from the outside to the shift rails. A detent assembly(13) determines the positions of the shift forks at respective speeds and fixes the shift forks at the determined positions. A disk spring is arranged between the control finger and the detent assembly. An interlock plate(17) prevents the control finger from being double-coupled with the shifting lugs. A boss having a hole for the detent assembly is integrated with the interlock plate.
