PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reforming a wooden building capable of increasing the efficiency of the reforming and shortening the construction period by efficiently performing the reform of the wooden building while the dwellers normally live therein continuously. SOLUTION: First, the existing sashes 7 fitted into the window frames 6 of each room formed in a wall framework 2 are replaced with new ones. While the sashes are replaced, the constructions of kitchen and sanitary spaces such as a lavatory, a toilet, and a kitchen are performed. Next, external finish constructions and internal finish constructions are performed simultaneously.
