The present invention relates to a device to remove an attached object for the recycling of a substrate film. The present invention comprises: a film supply part (10) axially supporting a bobbin (80) on which a recycled film is wound; a tension control part (20) controlling rotational tension of the bobbin (80) by increasing or decreasing heavy objects (22) at the other end while making the other side hung on the film (80) of the bobbin (80) after an end of multiple tension belts (21) is fixed to a fixing rod (23); a primary removal part (30) removing objects, attached to upper and lower surfaces of the film (90), by moving the film (90), withdrawn from the bobbin (80), while being attached with predetermined tension; a secondary removal part (40) removing residual objects, attached to the film (90), by inducing the film (90), of which objects are removed through the primary removal part (30), to pass through a water tub (41), storing water at a predetermined temperature, while attaching multiple lower blades (44) to upper blades (44), placed above the lower blades (44) at a predetermined height; a moisture removal part (50) removing moisture on the film (90) while passing through the secondary removal part; a film winding part (60) winding the film (90) without moisture on an empty bobbin (81); and an operating part (70) rotating the empty bobbin (81) of the film winding part (60) at a predetermined speed. Therefore, the present invention is capable of providing stable workability. |
