A method for effective control of the population of black currant pests includes the directed effect as regards to the most injurious pests. In the period of appearing traveling larvae of scales single treatment of black currant bushes with the preparation Aktar 25WG w.g., 0.06-0.08 kg/ha, is carried out. In addition in 12-15 days double settling of the Trichogramma (Trichogramma pintoi Voeg.) is carried out at a rate of 55-60 females per bush, with an interval of 7-8 days. In the period, while the population of phytophagous mites is growing, single settling of the lady beetle (Stethorus punctillum Ws.) is carried out at a rate of 7-10 imagos per bush. |
