The provided standard plastic garbage bag having a forgery preventing function comprises: a standard plastic garbage bag; a printed surface provided to a front surface of the standard plastic garbage bag; a printed ink layer formed on the printed surface; and a forgery discrimination unit of which a color is changed in accordance with exposure to an ultraviolet ray, formed on the printed surface. Therefore, the forgery discrimination unit is easily discriminated without an additional discrimination unit in order to fundamentally block distribution of the false standard plastic garbage bag and improve compatibility to be applied with a forgery preventing device together to more maximize the forgery preventing function.
