The present invention relates to a compound used as a two-photon probe for imaging in vivo representing selectivity for cysteamine, to a producing method thereof, and to a method for quantifying and imaging cysteamine in vivo using the same. The compound can effectively detect the cysteamine in cells and measure activity for a long time without problems of mis-targeting and light discoloration by having the high penetration depth of greater than 90 μm in living cells and tissues. |
