In one embodiment, a vacuum cooking apparatus comprises: a base unit, which forms a lower side; a body unit, which extends upwardly from one side of the base unit; a nozzle open/close unit, which is configured to be movable in upward and downward directions from the body unit; a movement guide member, which guides the upward or downward movement of the nozzle open/close unit; a cooking container, which is located on the base unit and in which a foodstuff is cooked by a rotating cooker; a motor unit, which is disposed inside the base unit and delivers a rotating force to the rotating cooker; a vacuum tube, which is disposed along the inside of the nozzle open/close unit and in which air inside the cooking container travels; and a vacuum pump, which joins with one end of the vacuum tube and provides a driving force to pump the air out of the inside of the cooking container. |
