The present invention relates to a composition for a three-dimensional printer filament and a three-dimensional printer filament produced by extruding the same. According to the present invention, the composition is composed of a hard segment including a polybutylene terephtanlate (PBT) block and a soft segment including a polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) block. In addition, the composition includes a thermoplastic polyester-based elastomer (TPEE) of which the area of a melting peak is 10-30 J/g and a temperature of the melting peak is greater than 180 °C and less than 220°C in a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) during the thermal analysis.
