PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device capable of suppressing leakage of gas distributed through a flow path from a gap between the end edge of a first pipe body and the end edge of a second pipe body to the outside.SOLUTION: First to fourth engaging parts and a shielding part are formed in the first specific surface 190 of a decorative frame 1. First and second engaged parts and first to third regulation parts 45b are formed in the respective second specific surfaces 390 of first and second holding frames 3. First to third pad ribs 47b are formed in the respective second specific end edges 41 of the first and second holding frames 3. In this ventilation device, a gap S between the first specific end edge 21 of the decorative frame 1 and the second specific end edges 41 of the first and second holding frames 3 is shielded by a shielding part 25. Near the first to third regulation parts 45b, the gap S is buried by abutting the first to third pad ribs 47b on the first specific end edge 21.
