PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of modeling propagation of a contrast medium.SOLUTION: The abovementioned purpose can be solved by a method of modeling propagation of a contrast medium injected into a patient using a physiologically based pharmacokinetic model performed by a parameter generation system for determining at least one parameter for an injection procedure, wherein the processor performs the physiologically based pharmacokinetic model for modeling volumetric flow rate of blood and an effect thereof on propagation of contrast medium after injection of the contrast medium ceases, and an effect of the volumetric flow rate of a fluid comprising at least one contrast medium and a diluent on the volumetric flow rate of blood is introduced in the physiologically based pharmacokinetic model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A |
