PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate an effect which an ICT service gives to each user.SOLUTION: An evaluation device 10 refers to an answer table 20a of an answer database 20, in which pieces of information of a service name, kind of use, purpose, function, effect, effect level, effect frequency, in use of an ICT service are registered in advance, then collates a keyword included in a free description containing the service name which a valuator desires to evaluate, and the effects of the ICT service accumulated in the answer table 20a of the answer database 20, for specifying the keywords of at least the purpose, function, effect. Then the evaluation device 10 outputs the effect of the ICT service, in which a weighting coefficient of the effect of the ICT service is reflected, based on the effect level and effect frequency corresponding to the keyword in the answer table 20a of the answer database 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
