Provided are: a fluorine rubber composition which contains a hydrogen atom-containing fluorine rubber and a hydrogen atom-containing fluororesin; a crosslinked rubber molded body which uses this fluorine rubber composition; and a method for producing this crosslinked rubber molded body. It is preferable that the hydrogen atom-containing fluororesin is composed of at least one compound that is selected from the group consisting of polyvinylidene fluorides, vinylidene fluoride-hexafuoropropylene copolymers, tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymers and vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymers.
