R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C3 alkyl group;R2 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C3 alkylcarbonyl group, a hydroxy-C1-C3 alkyl group, or a C1-C3 alkoxy-C1-C3 alkyl group;R3 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group or a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group;R4 and R5 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group optionally substituted by one substituent selected from substituent group α, or an (azetidin-1-yl)carbonyl group optionally substituted by one substituent selected from substituent group α; andsubstituent group α is the group consisting of a hydroxy group, a C1-C6 alkoxy group, a methylsulfonyl group, a hydroxypyrrolidine group, and a hydroxypiperidine group, provided thatat least one of R4 and R5 is a hydrogen atom or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
