The device (1) has a textile plate (2) having a face (3) and an opposite face (4), where the device has a lower surface mass that is equal to 50 gram per square meter and includes monofilaments. The plate is rolled up at a rest position on itself in a tube configuration. A deployment unit (5) is operable such that the deployment unit is ready to pass the plate from the rest position to an establishment position. The deployment unit is placed on the face and/or the opposite face of the plate, and includes a dehydrated polymer that is ready to form a gel in aqueous medium. An independent claim is also included for a kit.
