PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition which can suppress phase separation over a long period under a normal temperature and relatively high temperature environment and from which a polyurethane foam with excellent mechanical properties can be obtained, and to provide a polyurethane foam obtained by using the polyol composition.SOLUTION: A polyol composition containing following components (A) and (B) as polyol components, further contains a following component (C) as a phase separation inhibitor. Component A: a polyester polyol which is a condensate of a plant-derived aliphatic acid and a polyhydric alcohol; component (B): a polyether polyol; and (C) a polyoxyethylene adduct of a hydroxy group-containing fatty acid ester.SELECTED DRAWING: None
