PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate positioning of columnar fins where the pitch of the fins is narrowed.SOLUTION: A cooler is formed by housing a fin unit 31 in a base substance formed by joining a first base substance formation member forming a square box shape to a flat plate like second base substance formation member having a square shape in a plane view. The fin unit 31 is formed by forming columnar fins 33 on both surfaces of a flat plate like substrate 32. An apical surface of each fin 33 is joined to an inner surface of the base substance. |
