摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge having high aseismic performance while keeping a construction cost low.SOLUTION: A viaduct 1 as a bridge includes a beam member 10, and a reinforced concrete wall column section 20 for supporting the beam member 10. The wall column section 20, which is a reinforced concrete support having a horizontal cross section formed like a wall, is formed like a plate with a width of 200 cm, a height of 600 cm and a thickness of 30 cm in such a manner that a longitudinal direction in the horizontal cross section is set along a direction orthogonal to the extension direction of the beam member 10. The two wall column sections 20 are disposed in series and constituted as one set. The plurality of sets of wall column sections 20 are disposed at predetermined spacings along the extension direction of the beam member 10. Additionally, in the wall column section 20, a ratio, which is obtained by dividing the ratio of a long side to a short side in the horizontal cross section by a shear span, is on the order of 0.022; eleven tensile reinforcements with a D&phgr; of 16 mm are contained inside; and a ratio of a cross-sectional area of the reinforcement in the horizontal cross section is on the order of 0.007.
