METHOD FOR PREVENTING CLOGGING OF INCINERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for effectively preventing clogging of an incinerator, based on an evaluation result which effectively evaluates the risk of clogging of the incinerator when incinerating sewage sludges.SOLUTION: A method for preventing clogging of an incinerator prevents clogging of the incinerator for incinerating sewage sludges. The method for preventing clogging of the incinerator includes: a reference color specifying step of specifying an incineration ash color corresponding to a clogging inhibition indication which determines that there is needed the addition of an adhesion preventing agent containing prescribed metallic elements for preventing ash adhesion to the incinerator; an incineration ash color specifying step of detecting the color of incineration ash discharged from the incinerator with a color sensor; an addition determining step of determining whether a color notified from the color sensor is higher in phosphorus concentration or lower in an indication value than the reference color or not, by comparing the previously specified reference color in the reference color specifying step to the color of incineration ash notified from the color sensor; and an addition step of adding an adhesion preventing agent to sewage sludges according to the determination result in the addition determining step.SELECTED DRAWING: None
